The Tumbler Ridge Museum is offering FREE STEAM focused drop-in programs!
- Pre-registration is required in person or by phone at 250-242-DINO (3466). This is to ensure we meet capacity requirements while we transition into Step 3 of BC's reopening plan.
- Participants must be accompanied by a guardian(16+) and must be supervised at all times.
- Programs are age specific, please register for your age group!

July:

July 9th: What do dinosaurs have on common with humans? (ages 5 -8)

Learn about the primary needs of dinosaurs and humans by creating a land-base collage and thinking about what needs are the same? And which are different?

       - Concepts include access to water, food, environment, family, community, and other fundamental needs.

July 23: What do dinosaurs have on common with humans? (ages 9-12)

Learn about the specialized needs of dinosaurs and humans by creating a land-base collage and thinking about what needs are the same? And which are different?

        - Concepts include the fundamental needs of humans vs dinosaurs, the differences between carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores, and anthropomorphization of non-human animals.
